Architectural Design Package
We begin with consultation and feasibility to explore your property’s potential. From concept layouts to planning submissions, this package covers the architectural design required to set your project on the right path.
Foundation Design Package
The base for every great interior. We provide layouts, lighting and electrical plans, and furniture positioning, supported by a basic FF&E schedule. Optional 3D visuals can help you visualise the space before moving forward.
Interior Design Package
Our complete interiors service. From mood boards, palettes, and material selection to bespoke joinery, lighting schemes, and FF&E procurement, we develop every detail. Drawings, elevations, and 3D visuals ensure clarity.
Project Management
The all-inclusive option. We manage the tender process, coordinate contractors and suppliers, monitor progress, and resolve issues on site. With regular reporting and milestone tracking – we ensure your project is delivered exactly as designed.
